So pretty-adds to the joy of cooking. Used board butter as suggested and no problems with cleaning after used. The only utensils I have out because they are just as much art as they are function.

This collection is so beautiful. I love the story behind the products, the fact that they are made in USA-the beauty is the icing on the cake. I used the board butter on them as suggested and cleaning was a breeze. The real test will be when I use on a red sauce but judging so far I don’t think it will be a problem.
